Our Program

Toddler Program (1.5 to 2.5 years)

Your child’s physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being is our highest priority. Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs of each individual toddler. Children participate in inquiry- and play-based learning experiences, while receiving positive, nurturing guidance from our qualified ECE and certified Montessori teachers. Teachers observe and assess each child’s development, and design specific activities that meet each child’s readiness.

At ACMS, we strongly believe in the formation of trusting bonds between teachers and toddlers. Low teacher-student ratios allow teachers to develop a deeper relationship and understanding of your child’s unique personality, likes, dislikes, and developmental needs, creating a true community of loving care.

CASA Montessori Program (2.5 to 5 years)

The Casa Montessori method provides your child with the freedom to choose his/her work. Fundamental to the Montessori education philosophy is the multi-age classroom that includes children from 2 ½ to 5 years in one classroom setting. Our Montessori teachers appropriately follow each child and present carefully designed lessons and materials. They are free to engage in individual and group activities.

Before and After School

If you choose to enroll your child for extra hours, our school also provides Before and After School programs. These hours are dedicated to inquiry-based play that allows children to learn through problem-solving, investigation, and creative expression. By playing in small groups, children are also developing their social skills. There will also be some opportunities for theme-based enrichment that compliments what children learn in the classroom.

Summer Camp

In addition to the Montessori and academic learning the children receive during the school year, we encourage children to stay for our Summer Camp program for July and August. Children are able to focus on building social skills through inquiry-based play, group play, outdoor exploration, and small-group activities (storytelling, dance, drama). Every week we have a Biblical theme.
